J-trac curtain rail – ceiling mounted, is a robust and suicide-resistant solution developed for environments with specific safety requirements, such as mental health care and correctional services. The curtain rail minimises the risk of the curtain or components becoming ligature points, while remaining durable and easy to handle.

The runners are made of elastic plastic and detach from the aluminium rail under abnormal load. This eliminates the risk of the curtain or runners being used as ligature points or weapons. The design allows staff to easily reattach the curtain. The runners have rounded edges and smooth surfaces to reduce the risk of injury if swallowed.

Rail and end cap – Powder coated solid aluminium (powder coating gives a smooth and protective surface and is advisable in challenging environments).
Runners – Plastic (POM)
All components feature a smooth, hygienic surface that is easy to clean. For regular maintenance, simply wipe with a dry or damp clean cloth. Spills should be cleaned immediately using a soft, clean cloth or sponge dampened with warm, soapy water or a mild household detergent. After cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth to remove any residue, then dry with an absorbent paper towel or microfiber cloth for a streak-free finish.

Rail lengths are available up to 6100 mm.
