The wall shelf is particularly suitable for youth care, secure care environments, and correctional settings.

The shallow shelves provide full visibility, support inspection procedures, and reduce the risk of objects being hidden or becoming lodged – yet are still deep enough to store items such as paperback books.

Each shelf is subtly angled outward from the wall, making it impossible to wedge items such as pens or sticks in a way that could create a ligature point. A well-considered solution for high-risk environments that does not compromise the shelf’s storage function.

The construction is based on traditional joinery and gluing techniques, resulting in a strong and stable piece of furniture with no visible hardware or detachable parts.

This enhances both safety and durability over time. The plywood edges feature broad curves and rounded corners that reduce the risk of injury in the event of a fall.

Fixed mounting also prevents components from being broken off or used as weapons.

The shelf is made from plywood, ensuring strength and resilience. The laminated surface is scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and maintains its appearance over time.

The name Aram, derived from the Persian word for “calm,” is reflected in its geometric design language – in contrast to the sister series Roya, which features softer and more harmonious lines.

Installation
The wall shelf is delivered assembled.
The wall shelf is mounted with security screws.
We offer installation services for fixed interior furniture. Please notify us when submitting your inquiry, and we will assist in preparing a quote for this service. Installation is most commonly requested for larger projects.
When choosing our installation service, we assume responsibility for the product warranty related to correct installation.
If the installation is carried out by yourself or a third party, it is important to follow the provided instructions and ensure proper assembly.
The product warranty does not apply if the product is not installed in accordance with the instructions.

Maintenance
Clean the surface using a mild liquid detergent and a soft, clean cloth in circular motions. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. For more ingrained dirt, a soft nylon brush may be used in the same manner.
Alcohol-based disinfectants may be used on laminate surfaces if needed.
Never use abrasive cleaning agents or rough tools such as scouring pads, as these may scratch and damage the surface.
Check regularly that all visible screws are securely tightened and that no gaps have formed.

Warranty
The warranty period for our products made from laminated plywood with treated edges is 2 years from the delivery date.
During this period, the warranty covers any manufacturing defects, material faults, and surface treatment issues.
It also includes installation-related defects in cases where Healsafe Interiör’s appointed or in-house installers have carried out the assembly.

The warranty covers the following areas:
Manufacturing defects: Defects resulting from production or material faults
Delamination: If the laminate layers separate due to faulty adhesive or production process
Surface treatment: Issues such as peeling, staining, or visible deterioration due to surface treatment errors
