The shower shelf is designed to hold the weight of common hygiene and care products.  

The base has drainage holes for effective water run-off, keeping it hygienic and easy to clean. If anything is attached to the holes or if the shelf is subjected to abnormal load, it automatically releases from the bracket to prevent accidents and eliminate risks.  

The wall bracket is designed with chamfered edges and flexible holders that prevent cords or straps from being attached – a measure that reduces the risk of self-harm and increases safety. 

The shelf helps maintain order and cleanliness in the shower, as shampoo and other bottles do not need to be placed on the floor. This reduces the risk of slips and falls, while also making showering easier since you avoid bending down to pick up products – a more hygienic and ergonomic solution. 

The construction has been tested to withstand repeated stress without losing its function. Vertical load tests show that both the shelf and the wall bracket release at 11 kg load with a cord. The product is quality-assured by RISE/SP and developed in close collaboration with Region Hovedstadens Psykiatri in Denmark. 

Designed and manufactured in Sweden to meet high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene. It is also designed to harmonise with other products in the range, such as the toilet paper holder and bathroom shelf, creating a cohesive and functional environment – while at the same time giving the bathroom an aesthetic lift and contributing to a more pleasant atmosphere.

Mounting
The shower shelf must be mounted against a completely flat surface to ensure a tight and stable connection between the bracket and the wall. This minimises the space behind the wall bracket and thereby prevents the possibility of attaching cords, straps, or similar objects that could be used for self-harm. The wall bracket is mounted with security screw JT-271.
Installation must be carried out in accordance with the installation instructions [link]. 

Maintenance
The shower shelf can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild liquid detergent. If necessary, it can be disinfected with alcohol-based cleaning agents. Never use cleaning products containing abrasives or sponges with rough surfaces.

Sustainability
The design and material of the shower shelf are carefully chosen to extend the product's service life.
Vertical load tests show that both the shower shelf and the wall bracket release under a load of 11 kg with a cord. The product has been tested by RISE/SP to withstand 1,000 releases while still retaining its shape and function.
To be recycled as hard plastic.
