The Robust wall shelf is a stable and heavy-duty wall-mounted unit, specifically developed for psychiatric care, youth care, correctional facilities, and other settings with strict demands for safety, hygiene, and durability.

Its one-piece construction in impact-resistant polyethylene is produced through rotational moulding, resulting in a seamless and strong form with no weak points.

The smooth surface simplifies cleaning, disinfection, and inspection, while also preventing the concealment of dirt or objects.

The Robust wall shelf is available in models with 2 or 4 shelves.

Material
Made of polyethylene plastic.

Installation
Fully assembled one-piece construction for easy installation.
The shelf is bolted or screwed to the wall using concealed, pre-drilled mounting holes. The choice of fixings and installation method depends on the wall material and safety requirements.
If a washer is included, it must always be used when installing the screw. Stop tightening when resistance is felt. Finish the final turn carefully, preferably by hand. Overtightening may weaken the plastic around the screw.

Maintenance
The wipeable surface is easy to keep clean with a soft cloth. We recommend using all-purpose cleaning wipes, mild household detergents, degreasers, or antibacterial cleaning agents. Avoid using abrasive materials, solvents, steam cleaners, or high-pressure washers. Use bleach and chlorine-based disinfectants with caution and avoid placing the shelf near heat sources.
