On Wednesday, January 24th, we had a visit from the board of SPIV (Suicide Prevention in the West). Franz James, the founder of Healsafe Interiors, shared his thesis study about the significance of interior design and how to design environments in compulsory care settings such as psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, and youth homes. SPIV, especially Jan Beskow, has been instrumental in Franz James’ understanding and knowledge of suicide prevention. We are very pleased with our collaboration with SPIV, and through the sale of our suicide-preventive hooks, we provide financial support to SPIV.
