The Hook Max5 is the result of long-term and carefully considered product development. It is made from a unique, flexible material that causes the hook to bend under load and release at 5 kg or more \u2013 regardless of direction. This means that cords, straps or similar objects detach from the hook when subjected to force, thereby reducing the risk of use in self-harming through suspension. When the load is removed, the hook returns to its original shape and function, entirely without damage.<\/p>\n
The hook supports the weight of one or a couple of lightweight garments or a wet towel, but releases when additional force is applied. It does not break but bends, allowing the ligature to slip off. Release occurs in all directions, which means the hook can also be placed near doors or other sensitive areas.<\/p>\n
